STOOL EXPLORATION

For this assignment, we interviewed classmates and picked out important themes from their lives to represent through photography. I decided to use a stool as the main prop because while it is such a mundane classroom object, I thought it would be interesting to see how to interact with it in a different way. The image on the top left represents balance. The top right image represents self-expression as shown with a playful pose, while the image on the bottom left represents change and adjustment which can be seen by the model reaching for another stool (something new). The bottom right represents exploration. This assignment was challenging, but fun and unique to make.
